How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. That is all. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who else sees it

Only service providers who help us operate the site and our email, acting on our instructions — currently our website host and our email provider. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and inquiries are stored with our provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will never ask for your password by email or telephone. If a message appearing to come from us does so, it is not from us.

Your choices

Write to us at the address below and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law; we will honour those where they apply.

Children

This site is directed to businesses and is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
